Sundowner Aluminum Floor Issues

I have a 2006 4h sundowner 727 sierra steel frame with aluminum siding and flooring.

Sundowner aluminum floor issues. I will donate my. It makes good cookware. The 6 channel frame square nose with a 10 bump rail 2 treated wood floor and diamond treadplate fenders make it both stylish and functional. The emphasis here is properly applied.

The steel within the trailer was all powder coated by sundowner at time of original construction. Regretfully sundowner has managed to drag the issues so far out that many folks are just simply getting rid of their trailers. The real issues to look at are the problems inherent in the aluminum material itself. Sundowner makes aluminum skin and floor trailers with steel frames.

I would be happy to support a lawsuit as i have specimens taken from my 1999 valulite trailer and have conducted a pretty thorough analysis of the powder coating found major processing errors failures using sem eds and standard astm test methods. 2007 sundowner sunlite lq electrical system recall 08v483000. Powder coating is an excellent coating system in my view when it is properly applied.

I am not familar with how the suncoat is now being applied to the frame but i can t imagine why they would powder coat and then spray with suncoat. The floor was not taped off so it was easier just to spray the entire floor even though sundowner never warrantied this and knew that it would not stick well to aluminum.
